According to DPR Defense Ministry spokesman, artillery fire of a Ukrainian armed forces unit will destroy a bus evacuating civilians from Debaltsevo

The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) have proof that the Ukrainian leadership is preparing a provocation against civilians in the vicinity of Debaltsevo shortly before the Munich Security Conference due February 6-8, DPR Defense Ministry spokesman Eduard Basurin said Wednesday.

"For that, in the near future, artillery fire of a Ukrainian armed forces unit will destroy a bus evacuating civilians from Debaltsevo," Basurin said.
