Those who made allegations against us are acting at the behest of the BJP: AAP

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday said it will ask the leadership of BJP and Congress to agree for a probe by a Supreme Court-monitored Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the funding of all the three major parties in the Delhi polls.

“Welcome debate on funding of parties, although this debate has been initiated by party which has 70-80 % funding from unknown sources” AAP said.

We have appealed to SC that accounts of all 3 parties (Cong/AAP/BJP) for the last 5 years be investigated, AAP urged.

The party guilty of any wrongdoing should be derecognized and guilty members be punished. Adding that the companies that gave funds to party should be probed, Ashish Khetan says at live presser.

"If Centre does not initiate probe against these companies, we'll approach investigating agencies for probe".

AAP said that they trusted the banking system in India while accepting donations.

“Union ministers are saying that we laundered money, they must give proof and take action if they can. Why is the finance minister busying himself with allegations against Aam Aadmi Party instead of with the budget” asks Ashutosh.

Kumar Vishwas claimed that, AAP is transparent because it is against cronyism in politics.
