Police in Kokomo, Indiana are searching for a 60-year-old former officer who allegedly assaulted a woman on house arrest during one of several unauthorized meetings with her, the Kokomo Tribune reported.

Isaiah Christmas was charged with felony sexual misconduct charges in connection with a Jan. 19 incident at a local motel. The suspect was fired from his position as a field officer for prisoners on house arrest with the Howard County Sheriff’s Department.

The alleged victim told investigators that Christmas gave her a drink he called “moonshine.”

But she believed he spiked the drink with something, as she reported nearly passing out after drinking it, at which point he allegedly began touching her inappropriately.

The woman notified police before Christmas took her to the motel, leading investigators to locate their room. The suspect was last spotted climbing out of a window.

According to court documents, the encounter was the third meeting between Christmas and the woman. She said that he first visited her on Jan. 10 and “insisted” she drink with him.

The woman’s GPS tracking device confirmed a day later that the suspect drove her to his home. Once there, Christmas allegedly encouraged her to drink again, saying that he would not inform the department since he was the only field officer on duty at the time.

According to an affadavit, the woman said she came forward with her allegations in order to stop Christmas from assaulting other women.

“I just don’t want to see him get away with this, I guess,” she said, adding, “If I die tomorrow and I left the world a better place for my kids and grandkids, I’m cool with that. I’m fine with that ’cause I’ve done some dirt in my life.”
