There is no absolute freedom of expression in France explained in 11 cartoons and images

Paris, France

Free to insult Islam, but not Judaism, is this freedom of expression?

Double standards abound across Europe . . .

Should not the women have the right to choose her dress? It is wrong for the dress code to be imposed in a Western society, as much as it is in an Islamic society. Here Islamic nations have double standrads as well.

The immigrants to Europe from North African Arab origins, especially from the former Francophone and other European colonies, find it very hard to integrate into European cultures, as they are forced to homogenise rather then blend into a diversity. This is far more pronounced in France.

Dieudonne is a Black French Comedian banned for his anti-Semitic remarks in 2014

French Interior Minister Manuel Valls, who has led the campaign to ban the comedian’s performances, said: "We cannot tolerate hatred of others, racism, anti-Semitism or holocaust denial. That is not France. This is a victory for the Republic.” The decision marks a landmark break with legal precedent in France, where previous attempts to ban Dieudonne from performing foundered against constitutional provisions on free speech

Another case of free speech being curtailed by the Courts

Clearly, there is no absolute Freedom of Expression in France. Case Closed.
