Indians sustain US economy True Story of Brain drain and American gains!

Medhaj News: It was the first day of 4th grade in a school in U.S.A. All the students were Americans, except an Indian boy called Chandrashekhar Subramaniam.

The teacher said "Let's begin by reviewing some American history”. Who said “Give me liberty or give me death?” There were blank faces all around, except Chandrashekhar who said coolly "Patrick Henry, 1775! " .

"Very good", said the teacher, who then asked "Who said Government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth?"

Again there was no response except from Chandrashekhar, who calmly replied "Abraham Lincoln, 1863!"

The teacher was incensed, and said "You American boys and girls should be ashamed of yourselves. Chandrashekhar who is new to our country knows more about American history than you do". She heard a loud whisper "F**k the Indians!" "Who said that?" she demanded. Chandrashekhar put up his hand and said "General Custer, 1862!" At that point a student said "I am going to puke!" "Who said that?" the teacher glared around and asked. Again Chandrashekhar shot back "George Bush to the Japanese Prime Minister".(Ibid)

Furious, another student yelled "Oh yeah? S**k this!" Chandrashekhar jumped out of his chair, shouting "Bill Clinton to Monica Lewinsky, 1997!"

With almost mob hysteria a student shouted "You little shit! If you say anything else I'll kill you!"

Chandrashekhar yelled back "Michael Jackson to the child witness testifying against him, 2004!"

At that point the teacher fainted, and someone from the floor said "Oh shit, we're s*****d!"

And Chandrashekhar said quietly "Lehman Brothers, November 4th, 2008!"

No wonder Indian students are disliked abroad!

Press Council of India Chairman and Ex Chief Justice Markandey Katju shares this story to describe “Why Indian students are disliked abroad”. But when we see a huge figure of three hundred thousand Indian scholar migrants in just 2010, isn’t it a big reason to worry?

Reports have indicated inefficiency of native US students and the American education system.

US system of higher education is not working, and it is crippling an entire generation of Americans.

American college students are discovering that when they do graduate that they are woefully unprepared for life on the outside.

In a study on American students, it was found that “70 percent of the class of 2013 is graduating with college-related debts–averaging $35,200–including federal, state and private loans, as well as debt owed to family and accumulated through credit cards.”

Here, we see that there have been three major inflation phases: the first running from 1990 to 1994, the second from 2000 to 2003 and the third from 2007 through at least 2012 (and likely, the present).

Note that each of these periods coincides with periods of recession or extended underperformance for the U.S. economy.

As a consequence of such Porno Economics gullible Indian families in order to finance their child's American Dream end up giving their entire life savings directly into the pockets of Uncle Sam.

These three phases witnessed The Rise of Asian Americans. We see that the inflation phases charted above coincide exactly with the inflow of Indian immigrants into the US for College Education. Out of all Asian immigrants into the US, Indians peak, far outstrip Chinese etc, in holding degrees!

In the same period, Indian theatre experienced globalization, privatization and liberalization. Banking policies were addressed for liberty to study abroad.

So, Indians are developing and sustaining the US economy since very long even before 90s. Similar trends can be concluded while reviewing colonial history of India when Opium traders from East India Company used Indians and Indian natural resources to create and finance modern Britain through Industrial Revolution. Few families and their foundations linked with East India Company destroyed Indian agriculture to grow opium which caused huge famines and a 200 year holocaust. The same opium trade subjugated entire China through drug use which caused the two Opium wars.

When American Empire is under chaos, same colonial tactics are played again and our governments are promoting brain drain with Bollywood style concepts like Skill India, Jan Dhan Yojna etc.

Despite being aware of the economic and political destruction of Libya, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and plundering of their rich resources, which resulted in huge drain of wealth to Western powers, Indian forums and political parties are not being able to question the repetition of colonial tactics today in India.

Are our saffron nationalists too blind to ask how these bankrupt US-EU countries would reform and shine India through FDI?
